Atrio Restaurant in the heart of Medieval Cáceres is an exercise in architectural integration carried out by the award-winning architects Tuñón y Mansilla. Atrio harmonizes avant-garde cuisine with the greatest respect for tradition and Extremaduran products. It is the flagship of the life project of Toño Pérez and José Polo who have managed to create a unique and wonderfully contemporary space where you can enjoy good taste and gastronomic excellence.
Palacio Paredes Saavedra is a superb palace in the monumental city of Cáceres. Exquisitely restored by architects Emilio Tuñón and Carlos Martínez-Albornoz. Each of its eleven rooms promises an experience of absolute serenity in an environment that breathes intimacy and pampering in every detail, elevating the visit to the maximum expression of luxury.
Circular, imposing and silent, the Wine Cellar Atrio Cáceres has been designed by Carlos Martínez Albornoz and nurtured by José Polo over the years. Unique examples of Romanée Conti, Petrus, Haut-Brion, Lafite-Rothschild, Margaux, Mouto Rothschild… shine on the shelves. A unique walk through the great treasures of world oenology with 40,000 bottles from 20 different countries that lead us to the golden heart of the Wine Cellar, a tribute to Châteaux d’Yquem with 5 vintages of the nineteenth century (1891), 67 of the twentieth century and 4 of the twenty-first century. A total of 95 different vintages of the legendary wine.
